The only personal information collected by Wild Globe Expeditions Ltd is limited to that which you knowingly provide us on forms, emails and other communications.

This may mean that we enter you onto our mailing list which you have the freedom to unsubscribe from at any time.

Any personal information collected will not be disclosed to any third parties for their own use. If government agencies require your data for legal reasons at anytime then we will be obliged to cooperate.

It is your right to request any information that we hold about you which you can obtain by contacting us directly. Please be aware that there is a £20 administration charge for this.

Storage of Data

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we may store your data as long as is necessary to complete its required function.

Communication

After paying your deposit and confirming your place on the trip we will add you to a WhatsApp group with the other participants so you can start getting familiar with your team. If you do not have WhatsApp we would ask that you please download the app to assist us in the pre-departure phase. If you do not wish to be included in this please inform us in writing as soon as possible. You have the right to remove yourself from the group at any time

Use of Images

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, by entering into a contract with us you consent to our use of still and motion images captured during the expedition for the purpose of illustrating our business. This may include being featured on the website, brochure or social media pages. If you do not consent to this you must inform us in writing.

We cannot be held accountable for other participants or third parties using images containing you from the expedition.

Complaints

If you feel we are in breach of these conditions, either for having shared your data or featuring images of you without your consent then please contact us in writing and we will endeavour to resolve the issue immediately.
